Reflect on your relationship expectations
Now that we know what expectations are, how do you know what YOUR expectations are?
In this activity we will guide you through some questions about your values and ask you to develop a personal list of healthy expectations. Take some time to reflect through each step or grab a pen and paper to make it a journaling activity!
