The diaphragm is a shallow, dome-shaped cup that covers the cervix to keep sperm out of the uterus and prevent pregnancy
How good is it at preventing pregnancy?
A less effective method, with 12 in 100 people getting pregnant in the first year using it.

You insert the diaphragm into your vagina, along with spermicide, when you want to have sex
How often do I have to remember it
EVERY time you have sex
Side Effects
No problems for most, but irritation or urinary tract infections are possible
